Summary

Allie Ostrander is a pro runner from Seattle, WA. She has been a world-class athlete since high school, eventually going pro as a track and road runner after an illustrious career at Boise State University. Allie recently went through a hard moment in her career, struggling with an eating disorder, injury cycles, and loss of her main sponsor, Brooks. 

 

Allie recently signed with NNormal and will be transitioning to focus mostly on trail running. We talk about that new partnership, what Allie learned from eating disorder treatment, and her goals are for the future.

Ali's pro career has come with some ups and downs, some bumps in the road, so to speak.
