And as you consider your self-worth, And yesterday's episode I shared with you as we launched

into this series and there's such a difference between confidence and self-worth. You might have confidence that you can do something. You have

confidence in your abilities. But do you feel worthy once you achieve something?

And I share this because there are many studies,

I'm sure you've heard of many studies where people have been interviewed at the end of their lives.

And they were asked, what is your biggest regret and undoubtedly people will say it wasn't the things they

did it was the things they failed to do the things they didn't try to do.

And the reason why they didn't try to do these things

has to do with their self-worth.

They didn't feel they could do it. They didn't believe in themselves or they

felt like they didn't deserve it or it was out of their league. It has to do with your self-worth. So when you think about yourself and you think about the things you want to do, maybe there's something you want to do in your career, but you're not attempting it. Is it because you feel like you're not

worthy? It's above you? Maybe there's someone you want to meet and get to know.
