This week we are exploring the theme of motivation as you begin to go through the days and the weeks of this new year 2019. You may have noticed that there are a lot of things you'd like to pursue this year. You may even be feeling stress

already from resolutions and goals you set for yourself because as the days and

weeks slip by you find that sometimes getting started is the hardest part and you may not

have started some of the things you want to do.

So in this series we'll be exploring for a full week as we always do.

Focusing on one theme going deeply

into that theme so you can realize true change.

I encourage you to focus on an area of your life where you could use some motivation. Maybe it's an area of

your life you've neglected. Maybe it's a resolution you set for yourself and you already

feel as though you've slipped and you're not making progress. You'll discover techniques throughout the week to

help you keep on track. The hardest part, as I mentioned, is often simply getting started. You may know

what you want to do or what you need to do. And when you remove the layer that keeps you from doing it,

then you can feel as though you can do anything. And this starts with your mindset, what you think about yourself.

Research shows that most people who don't pursue what they want in life or who start something but don't finish it.

Most people find themselves in this state when they don't feel they deserve it.
