Summary
"Everything is created twice, first in the mind and then in reality."
~ Robin Sharma, author of "The Monk Who Sold His Ferarri"
This week you're guided on a journey to feel comfortable with stillness. It can take a little practice to begin to feel at home with stillness. We launch into the series with an interview with one of your fellow meditators, Vidhu, from India. Vidhu shares how she overcame hopelessness with inner stillness. She shares her favorite meditation techniques and tips and challenges you to ask yourself 2 questions when you begin to feel hopeless or overwhelmed: 1) "Can I do everything? The answer is no." 2) "Can I do something? The answer is yes."
You can say hello to Vidhu @booksandmore20 on Instagram. She'd love to answer any questions about her meditation ritual and lifestyle habits.
This is day 2 of a 7-day meditation series, The Art of Stillness, episodes 2390-2396.
