Summary

"The happiest people are not the ones that achieve the most. They are the ones who spend more time than others in a state of flow."

~ Hector Garcia Puigcerver, author of "Ikigai: The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life "

This week you're guided on a journey to feel comfortable with stillness. It can take a little practice to begin to feel at home with stillness. We launch into the series with an interview with one of your fellow meditators, Vidhu, from India. Vidhu shares how she overcame hopelessness with inner stillness. She shares her favorite meditation techniques and tips and challenges you to ask yourself 2 questions when you begin to feel hopeless or overwhelmed: 1) "Can I do everything? The answer is no." 2) "Can I do something? The answer is yes."

You can say hello to Vidhu @booksandmore20 on Instagram. She'd love to answer any questions about her meditation ritual and lifestyle habits.

This is day 3 of a 7-day meditation series, The Art of Stillness, episodes 2390-2396.
