And when you feel as though you're living your life with vitality,

you feel as though you have a sense of purpose and you're able to sleep so much better. Many times the key to falling asleep at night

has to do with how you live your life during the day. And when you feel excited about your life and you feel as though

So you feel as though all is well.

Whatever comes, come what may, but all is well today. And that is your affirmation for the entire week. I encourage you to repeat the affirmation all as well
