I welcome you back and I want to know how your challenge went. Did you do something to detox? Today you have a detox

challenge to allow yourself to notice and to name the different emotions

you are feeling throughout your day and maybe to keep note of those emotions so that you

can notice any patterns. If you did this all week, this would be a great detox challenge for you.

You might notice that in the morning you have more negative emotions or more positive ones and in the evening you might

notice the same or opposite thoughts when you begin to take note of those thoughts and emotions that seem to occupy your mind most often, you realize what a powerful influence they have on your life.

So a great detox is to filter through those thoughts and emotions

that seem to cause you to spiral downward.

Now, this may mean that you begin to notice people, events, situations that trigger these negative thoughts.

And so you'd want to do something to detox from these different triggers.

It doesn't necessarily mean that you can always completely

detox them out of your life.

Sometimes you can, but it may mean that you might need to

think of ways to manage yourself when you were around these different negative experiences that cause negative

So controlling and managing your thoughts is very important to allowing yourself to trust yourself.

Trust is something that doesn't always come naturally,

especially if you've had difficult experiences.

diffuse one negative event. So if you are consistently weeding out negative thoughts,
