The power of your breath to calm your mind and body instantly

technique, whether you're seated to meditate to calm your mind and body so you can enter a

state of inner stillness or going about your day, wanting to calm your reaction to stress triggers.

Breathing techniques are triggers are powerful. Today's breathing techniques has you inhaling and exhaling through your nose.

you draw your breath upward to the point between your eyebrows, known as your spiritual eye in yoga and meditation. It's also where your prefrontal lobes are located.
