Pause at least 3 times throughout your day and accept change. Think of the changes that are constantly occurring throughout your day and life. Accept whatever is trying to happen.

If you have not done so, I encourage you to stop for a moment and see what's trying to happen within you now at this moment. Notice what your body is trying to tell you and

This is a simple one-word affirmation that will help you open up to the change that's

When you make an affirmation really succinct, you will notice that you are so much better able to focus your mind rather than a sentence affirmation.
