Welcome to episode 2743 of your daily meditation podcast. I'm Mary Mechley and I

0:08.7

welcome you as we continue with the series. We're exploring this week. This week

0:16.3

the series is a very important one and it is won by request. I'm often requested

0:25.2

to share a meditation series about managing trauma and PTSD. So the series

0:34.3

this week is reset your nervous system. You have a special challenge this week. Your

Resets Our Nervous System After Trauma. And he is very interested in helping move

2:03.0

2:13.6

also says that he wants to help people come out of this kind of shutdown and

2:19.5

dissociation and come back into life and he says it's possible to do this in a

2:26.7

safe way in a way that really helps to ensure that people aren't overwhelmed.

2:33.6

He talks about how in some therapies the goal would be to get people to have a
