| 0:27.8 | repeat all week long. It's a simple affirmation as affirmations should be simple so that you remember them so that you are more likely to repeat them. |

| 0:51.0 | Our theme this week is simplifying. Our theme this week is simplify. And as you simplify, I encourage you to do a little challenge this week. |
| 1:07.0 | I challenge you to let go of something or a situation in your life that maybe is time to let go of, |
| 1:26.0 | maybe a relationship that no longer really serves you |
| 1:32.4 | in a positive way. serves you. |
| 1:34.0 | Or maybe it's a habit you want to let go of. |
| 1:38.0 | Or maybe it's a habit you want to let go of, |
| 1:40.0 | such as maybe you seem to run through your mind a negative belief and so you want to |
| 1:52.3 | focus on letting it go this week, today, beginning today. |
| 2:00.0 | And that is actually your affirmation. Let it go. As you repeat the go this week, I encourage you to do it with an attitude of gratitude. |

| 2:58.4 | when you let go of something give thanks that you had that experience or that you were able to enjoy a particular item that you're letting go of or a situation that even though it may have been painful or difficult in a relationship or some experience you may have had. I imagine you learned many lessons. |

| 3:19.3 | encourage you to let go of things with this attitude of gratitude is because when you it go of something, |
