Welcome back to day two of our series as you give yourself a stress detox.

This is your renewal journey this week. And as you go throughout this series, I encourage you to do a few things.

First, though, I want to ask you, how did your challenge go? Did you do your

The let go minute is where you give yourself a full minute to let go of stress, distraction, overwhelm, all those things that

tend to clutter up your mind and cause you stress.

As you go throughout this week's series,

you might want to consider

the kind of stress you want to release in your life. It can be overwhelming releasing all the stress in your life.

But if you could focus on one aspect of stress in your life

and go deep with it this week, really focus on it, work with it, wrestle with it, then you may find that
