Spend some time each day visualizing vitality surrounding areas of your body that you wish you could change.
You are guided with a different meditation technique every day that is customized for the week's theme. Weave the techniques into the most stressful times of your day to manage difficult emotions. The meditation techniques help to calm the "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.

| 0:28.0 | And we continue along in day two of this week's series with the theme, a positive body image. |
| 0:37.0 | I want to check in with you and see how your challenge is coming along. |
| 0:42.0 | Every week you are issued a weekly challenge that goes right along with the themes we explore each week. |
| 0:52.0 | And your challenge this week is to learn to love those parts of your body that you're not that excited about. |
| 1:02.0 | So if there's something that you find unattractive about yourself or maybe you feel disappointed in your body because maybe you've been sick or you have issues with your back or your neck or your knees and you feel like your body is letting you down. |
| 1:21.0 | This is the week to begin to integrate your body image so that you're proud of your whole body, your aches, your pains, your blemishes. |
| 1:34.0 | And this is what yoga does so beautifully. Yoga means union. |
| 1:41.0 | So this week your challenge is to find union and to make peace with your whole body to be proud of the body you have. |
| 1:53.0 | So your affirmation to help you along as you go throughout the week is I love my body exactly as it is. |

| 2:50.0 | And I invite you to begin to think of something you could place in this sacred space where you meditate that represents your body in a positive way. |
| 3:05.0 | Maybe it's a photo of when you are healthy and vital. Maybe it's a photo of you with someone who makes you feel beautiful. |
| 3:17.0 | Maybe you'll place in your space something about yourself that you are proud of. Maybe you're an amazing artist or you're kind and loving and raised a beautiful family. |
| 3:32.0 | Whatever it might be, think of something that you could place in your meditation space to represent a positive body image and to feel good about yourself all of yourself. |
| 3:48.0 | So as you sit up straight and close your eyes, gently elevate your eyes ever so slightly upwards and fill a saddle shift upward in your mood. |
| 4:07.0 | Relax your face and your jaw. |
