Summary
Welcome to the start of a brand-new meditation series! This week's theme is by special request from a fellow meditator. The theme is about creating a positive body image. In each episode, you're guided in a meditation to help you feel more confident about your body image.
This week's series of meditations is in honor of National Mental Health Awareness Month.
