Good morning to you. Have you ever been telling a story, maybe about an old work situation

in your trying to remember a person's name or a part of the story and it's all fading?

It's all jumbled. It seems insignificant to very dreamlike. On Instagram, Sarah Landon

said there are things that months ago or weeks ago or years ago or part of your experience

that you cannot even relate to now, that you can't even remember now, people. You can't

remember situations. You can't remember a self, a version of you that you can't even

recognize because you've elevated yourself so far beyond them because you chose pure

love for yourself again and again. You chose pure love for others again and again.

You chose to see those others not as others, but as yourself again and again. And you

continue to choose to see the pure love that is the truth of every moment again and

again. Don't judge yourself when you find yourself someplace other than the state of

pure love. Simply take a deep breath and come back to pure love. You've come back now.

You're in this deep well of love at the center of you. Ravi Shankar said in deep love

your mind is free from thoughts. And so if you're still aware of thoughts, it doesn't

mean you're not in this well of love. It just means you haven't gone deep enough. It

means you're just now tasting the swathe. You're just now getting wet. You're still

aware of the ripples, the waves on the surface of the water. But you're going deeper now.

And you're noticing the stillness now, even your breath is still.

That body is still. This moment is still. But you're still here. You're aware of the stillness.

Another way to say it is that the stillness is aware of itself. It's self-aware. The silence

is self-aware. This love is self-aware. That's why we can say there's only love here.
