Hey, fam, welcome to the free trail podcast. Of course, I'm your host, Dylan Bow Bowman here today with Adam Peterman, the defending

Western States champion and long course trail world champion from Missoula, Montana. A year and a half

ago, I had the honor of hosting Adam for his first ever podcast interview. And here he is,

back for round two. Another really fun conversation conversation we talk about adam crewing for his partner

aaron clark to victory at lake sonoma a couple of weeks ago we talk about career management

and adam's emotional stability we talk about his parents we talk about western states and the

world championships in thailand we talk about his training methodology and the time

he spends on skis and on the bike. We talk about his 2023 racing season and a lot more. As you'll

hear, Adam is still considering whether or not he'll race the canyons 50K next week, but one thing is

certain. Free Trail will be there and be there in force for all of race weekend

bringing the hype around the final golden ticket race of the season and the north

american major of the utmb world series we'll be posting more information soon so make

next week. Next Thursday, April 27th, around 4 p.m. Pacific time. We will be doing an elite athlete

panel. Friday, April 28th, we'll be doing a free trail Friday with live analysis and

prognostication with myself, Sage Canada, and Corinne Malcolm leading into the 100 Mile

and 100K races over the weekend. Corinne and I will be hosting the live broadcast for UTMB TV all

weekend and we'll finish up on Sunday for a weekend wrap-up summary postgame show, with the exception of the actual race broadcasts.
