Have you ever felt like you're trying to run as fast as you can, but it's like metaphorically or even like an athlete you've got a parachute on your back that's just that resistance that's stopping you from actually going out, performing at your optimum, doing all the things you want to do.

It's the resistance.

One of the things that I've identified

is just too many people have all of these incompletes, these open loops, like, oh man, you know, I gotta call my mom

and apologize because I was really mean to her a couple weeks ago.

Or you know what, God, I've been talking about getting the garage cleaned up and I just haven't done it.

It's just, it's bugging me, you know, oh God, I really, I know I got to work on my finances,

but I haven't, right?

And what happens is all of a sudden you've got all these incomplete and it's like the

parachute that's slowing you down from optimal performance it just gets bigger

and bigger and harder and harder because you've got all these things that you just simile. It just

simply haven't closed out.

And what I would challenge you on today

is look, life is really short.

Life is about living, being energetic, loving, having fun, being

fully self-expressed, being able to go and do the things that we know you're capable of.

It's really hard when you have too many incomplete

and too much resistance for today.

Make up a list of the things that are a burden,

that are bugging you, that you're just, just like why haven't I just gotten that done and then if you would prioritize him do the easy stuff first I don't care just start closing the loops.

Because tick talk, tick talk, life is short, it goes by really quick.

Why not close the loops and accelerate into the kind of life you deserve.
