Absolutely Not Podcast. I'm your host Heather McMahon.

Great to be here. Thanks for being here. It's a beautiful morning here in Atlanta, Georgia.

I'm looking at a pillow that says, what and I cannot stress this enough, the fuck is going on.

In the world, everywhere, why now, who, when, I don't know. Okay, lots to unpack here.

Lots to unpack, then repack because I usually when I'm home, I'm home for a total of 12 hours

and then I back on the road. So we're unpacking, we're repacking, we're washing our skims and we're

bouncing. Where do I begin? Where do I begin? Okay, what's happened this last week? Oh my god, my eyes

itch. It's pollen season here in Georgia. If y'all don't know, if you didn't grow up where the pollen

thrives, then you don't know. I think pollen is a universal thing, but it may not be. It's really

big up the eastern seaboard, really big in the south. You know, you hit that first week of April,

you walk outside, we just reslated the porch. It looks beautiful. The house is really coming together.

Gorgeous black slate. It's yellow, slip and slide. You walk out and if you have a slight allergy,

your eyes are swollen shut. I'm living off Benadryl, Zertech, I hope in a fucking prayer. Okay,

and it's weird. It lasts like a week and a half. Everyone thinks they're dying. Everyone in the

state of Georgia right now is, you know, and it doesn't help that we're in a pandemic, sort of

still, everyone's like, is it COVID? No, it's pollen. You have pollen and everyone's just walking

around itching their eyes. And then that's how you end up with pink eye because you know, even as

adults, we probably have some bad flushers and wipers out there. So anyways, it's a shit show.
