| 1:37.4 | meditation ritual. You feel it more tangibly. So, as you are standing there, maybe you're seated |
| 1:45.3 | inside with your window open. Notice how your body feels. You're getting ready to do a walking |
| 1:54.2 | meditation. Notice how your body feels with your feet positioned firmly on the ground, anchoring |
| 2:03.5 | yourself. And if you're seated, notice how you anchor your hips as you sit. |
| 2:12.6 | Feel the weight of your body supported by the earth beneath you. Notice your posture, |
| 2:24.3 | straight in your spine, close your eyes gently and look a little bit upward as they're close, |
| 2:32.1 | keeping your thoughts high. Relax your face, soften your jaw, let go of that tension there. |
| 2:43.8 | Soften your neck and your throat. You do so much communicating and talking all day. |
| 2:52.2 | Feel your throat, soften. Doesn't that feel better? |
| 2:57.8 | Relax your shoulders and your back. Relax your arms and your hands. |
