And I encourage you to be a little easy on yourself this week, because it's a very

And I don't recommend you to forgiveness meditations on a regular basis that might surprise you.

But the reason I say this is because when you focus on forgiveness, it really does take

a lot out of you.

And I'd rather have you focus on uplifting themes, themes that are going to support you

and make you feel more confident about yourself.

This is going to help you generally be a more happier person.

And also this will help improve relationships around you.

And when you focus for a long time or excessively on emotions that can bring you down where you're

thinking and bringing to mind harmful or hurtful incidents or things that happened, then

it can start to make you think more negatively.

Forgiveness is a beautiful thing to do, but I encourage you not to really focus on forgiveness

too much.

Just do the meditation.

Allow yourself to experience it, how you will, maybe you feel a great sense of freedom

and forgiveness, or maybe you feel a little upset remembering painful episodes.

So just go with how you're feeling and make sure that you honor yourself in this process.
