book of meditations, is on my nightstand. I receive so much guidance from his wisdom.

He recommends that when you are feeling anxious or frustrated or you're fearful about the future or whatever it might be

that you're struggling with when you're having this resistance to trust perfect timing and you want to control what's happening.
