Premier athletes perform at the top of their game for six, seven months, max... and then they get an entire “off-season” to rebuild and recover. A businessperson like yourself doesn’t get that luxury, so it’s up to you to make a conscious effort to let your body recover. Burnout is real my friend, and if you don’t stop to recharge your energy, your health, and your focus every once in a while, you’re definitely not performing at the top of your game. I know it's Monday, but I got to ask you how do you recover?

I just came out of four days in Las Vegas with several thousand of my clients on an offline

and I know how much energy I put into my business.

I know much energy you put into your business whether it's eight hours a day or 12 hours a day

or more we go and we go and we go and we go but guess what sometimes you got to stop and recover.

Well in business we don't get an off season we go 24-7 Monday through Friday whatever it is
