So I had this spiritual experience that was very strange last night.

And you may not think it was spiritual, but it's what it felt like in my body and it was you know it wasn't it

was just in my car okay so let me explain so I was on my way to go see Esther Peril Talk and listening to a podcast because it was an hour drive.

And I was listening to armchair experts, Dax Shepard interviewing Vince Vaughn.

I have a running story about Vince Vaughn too.

Maybe I'll get that in at the end.

That's more of a fun story.

No, I think it ties into this actually. But he was talking about how

that's Shepard when he was I think around 12 there was a this bully kid and if you know

that's a story he grew up fighting completely the opposite the antithesis of

me who I don't I mean I think I've been in one fight my entire life and he

didn't want to fight this guy and he told himself he's not going to fight him and

the bully kept looking for him, ended up finding

Dax. I think Dax was at his friend's house and the bully had like six of his friends with him,

saw Dax on the couch and just started pummeling him.

And Dax, I think he said it felt like, you know, 30 seconds of this guy just wailing on him and Dax froze. He didn't fight back like he's used

of doing. And then since then, four years after that, he just kept playing that night back and being so angry at

himself for not fighting back because you know he's a fighter and you know he he
