A place of surrender where you find your power once again. So join us in being present in your body right now. Feeling your heart beat against your chest and your lungs fill with air. And as you do, focus on that and that alone. This moment, this moment of nothing. This moment of surrender. Take one deep breath in and out.

This is a moment of calm. In this moment, strip yourself down. Look at your heart in its entirety. Consider the feelings of people, the far off thoughts that occupy its space. Don't look away. Let them sweep over you.

And while you do, don't give up on the way you want to be and the way you want to feel. Remember yourself, your real self. Find peaceful stillness in knowing that right now, with each breath, you are living your truth by giving in.
