All right, welcome to episode 541. Hello, my friend. Welcome to a fresh new

episode of new mindset who this as always, thank you so much for listening.

Thank you for supporting me and today I want to talk about side quests in life,

side quests that is celebrating our ability in life to not confine ourselves to one

narrative, one habit, one hobby, one body, one identity, one anything.

I'm a firm believer that you open yourself up to all that life has to offer when you

decide to pursue more side quests, to pick a new storyline whenever, wherever

however you feel the itch, to decide that there are sure one or two or three big

things in life that are worth pursuing diligently and with discipline and with passion,

but along the way we owe it to ourselves to celebrate the fact that life's

greatest treasures and memories and moments, they lie not always in those big

destinations, but in these side quests along the way.

Side quests, optional pursuits, challenges, adventures in life that might not be directly

related to your big main goals or objectives, but they open you up to life.

And as you'll see in a minute, they actually help slow down time, they slow down time

in a good way, they give us seemingly more time in life so that we don't look back

and say, man, time really flew by, where did the time go? Where did my life go?
