Breathing techniques are one of the fastest ways to instantly calm your mind and your body.

Your breath is connected with the kind of state you're in. So as soon as you calm your

nervous system, calm down as well.

So this is part, three of our seven part

And one of the reasons I wanted to share this breathing technique with you today is because it's a breathing technique

that's really easy to remember and I know that for myself

when I'm stressed and in that moment when I need a breathing technique to calm myself

Sometimes I think what was that count to was an inhale for eight and then exhale for 12 I kind of forget those counts and you might be the same way.

So today's breathing technique is a technique that you can easily remember.

And so I encourage you to try it out as you get ready to sit down and

meditate or as you go about your day you can do this breathing technique. I'll share with you a way I like to use

this breathing technique just to show you how very versatile it is. I like to do this

breathing technique when I'm walking, especially if I'm a little stressed when I walk.

And so how I do that is once I share the technique with you, you'll understand it very
