Let's get started. Hello everybody. Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast. I am Elizabeth

Benton and we're getting into some controversial things today. I used to really consider

what I would talk about in terms of, you know, is this a really hot topic and is that worth

it? And some of that was fear-based. Some of that was fear of losing listeners and

some of that was fear of criticism. And I don't know if it's as I get older or as I'm doing

this longer, there's just too much on the line in terms of happiness, in terms of the

state of the world and, for example, there's often this sense that if somebody puts something

out there that we disagree with, that we have to take that opportunity to tell that person

they're wrong and why and I see this everywhere. I see it daily in mom groups but I see it

absolutely everywhere as though we have lost respect for differing opinions as though

it can only be one way. And I think that's contributing to a lot of really serious breakdowns

in society that have ramifications. It's a trickle-down effect. And I just, we're just

going to go there. I'm going to talk about a couple of controversial things today. The

latter of two is a lot heavier and certainly much more controversial. But I just think

the stakes are too high for us to not have these conversations. So I will say that I expect
