as they represent how we age and when you're under a lot of stress and we

already know relationship stress is one of the top stressors out there.

When we're under a lot of stress are telomeres shorten and you could think of

telomeres as the caps on the end of your chromosomes. So if you think of a shoelace and the cap that goes

on the end of a shoelace, well you can think of your chromosomes in a similar way.
