bodies and cells and that is a book by Dr Elizabeth Blackburn and she is

actually a Nobel Prize winner.

on something that you may not even realize you have.

And that is called Telemers. Now telomeres are at the tips of chromosomes and they

play a key role in how your cells age and you could think of them a little bit like the

caps on the ends of your shoelaces.

So your shoelaces would fray if there were tight caps

Well, telomeres are like that you have strands of DNA and telomeres are like the protective
