there's a common theme here and this is gonna relate to individuals who find

don't seem to be getting the same response that maybe they once did, whether that be in a past diet or in the diet that they

currently are in. So I'm going to talk on this from a from a physiological standpoint, guys. So

I'm coming in to kind of nerd out with you. I haven't had a chance to do this in a while.
