all right welcome episode 93 so I'm excited for this episode just because it's

going to be quite literal in general I like chatting about things like self

worth and confidence all that kind of stuff but sometimes that can be very

theoretical very like pie and the sky type stuff but today I want to talk more

literally I want to talk about this idea of how to live a life where you don't

give a fuck I think that's we've heard that a lot right it's a popular topic how

to how to not give a fuck but like what I just referenced I think even that can

be really kind of very dusty kind of theoretical like what does it really mean

how do you live that way is that even a good thing so I want to talk about that

but in a pretty practical literal sense and really it's the only way I know

that's really kind of what resonates with me and I so I think it'll be helpful

for you to talk in the same way so I think you're going to get a lot out of

this episode you know in the extent that I realized that we're all kind of

playing ourselves a bit but I think we can end that by living a life where we

truly don't give a fuck anymore but in a healthy way I'm gonna talk about what
