all right welcome to episode 92 so this is actually the second episode I've

done with a Kanye reference in the title the first was I think episode three

and that was all about confidence so 89 episodes later but this episode isn't

about being more confident in yourself although I think it'll probably help in

that area of life it's not about giving you more reason to have swagger or

to flex in your life although I think it could also help there it's about

making you realize that despite what you might think about yourself right now

despite how you might compare yourself to what you see on Instagram despite how

like how high you've set the bar for yourself despite all those things I

think that you've accomplished a lot more than you give yourself credit for and

you should you should celebrate that fact you should celebrate that not as like a

you know gratitude exercise or whatever is all the self-help rage nowadays but

because the alternative which is kind of constantly focusing on what you haven't

done or haven't accomplished yet I think that is literally draining you and

that's no way to live I want you to be happy and I want you to have kind of a

little bit of a pep in your step I want you to be proud of yourself because I

think frankly you have every reason to be and that's what I'm gonna talk about in
