all right welcome to episode 94 so this episode is actually a follow up to

episode 71 throwback that was one of my most popular episodes it was titled

not bigger and that episode I talked about why I think we should all just be

excited to be alive in big ways and that I think we should have a mindset that

encourages us to think big bigger to want more to demand growth from ourselves and

I really really enjoyed doing that episode and I've gotten not bigger as the

background of my phone I've gotten messages from people saying they're gonna

get not bigger tattoos people have sent me some artwork and some calligraphy

with not bigger on it really cool stuff but I was thinking about this a little

bit more and I think there's there's a bit more to the not bigger mindset that

it didn't really get into in that episode and I think it's the key to living

with that mindset and also enjoying every minute of it because I think it can be

really tempting with a not bigger mindset to put a lot of pressure on yourself to

always be achieving and striving for more and I certainly want you to push

yourself but I also want you to smile and enjoy life and I think the key to that

is what I'm calling this episode the yeah grateful mindset it's really
