What is up, guys? Welcome back to the flow state of mind podcast. Today we are going to talk about

all things reverse dieting, but more specifically, to answer the age old question, can we lose weight

That's right. You know, the question has to do with whether or not, you know, you will lose weight.

Having a love and understanding for what you're doing and enjoying the process. And typically with my clients, by the point we enter a reverse diet, they're mentally ready

So you have to just kind of be enjoying everything.

You have to realize that this is a phase and it's time for a little bit of a break.

on fat loss at that point yeah no great point and the biggest thing to understand is like we know that
