for managing depression, when you feel depressed, you feel as though you just don't have any energy.

You may feel the T done, as though you just can't get excited about things in your life anymore.

And so today's meditation will help you and we'll be doing a chakra meditation technique and so if you're not familiar

with the chakras don't worry you don't have to focus on your chakras. You can still do the meditation technique without

even considering anything to do with your chakras. But chakras are fun to focus on as you meditate.

They are considered to be energy centers in your body that have to do with your emotions and
