Hello everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast I am Elizabeth Benton.

We were going to do something that I don't think we've done before and before we even get

into that.

Anyway, what we're going to do today, that I don't think we've done before in over 900

episodes.

I don't think we've done it in that many episodes, which is crazy to me.

I'm going to take you inside the 12 weeks to transformation, which is super, super exciting

for me because while a lot of you, several thousand of you have experienced it, I know

that many more of you have not yet.

I'm obsessed.

In fact, my master's club members know this, but I don't think the rest of you probably

do.

I go through myself the 12 weeks to transformation at least three times a year.
