overwhelm. And it got an enormous response. So Abby and I decided that we would have a whole

episode that covers this exact topic. So there was a stretch of time where I was wondering,

what is wrong with me? I could not keep up with motherhood and work. And the house was a complete

disaster. And I was scrolling past all of these other women that were not only doing it, but also

making it look easy. Eventually, I just understood a simple truth. There is too much on a woman's

shoulders. From the policies that we have in place right now to social conditioning, it has made

it so that our plates are overflowing. And my issue is that it has us questioning ourselves

instead of looking around and figuring out how we can get more help. A lot of us are saying,

what is wrong with me? Why can't I do this? So we're going to get a lot more into this topic today.

When you said it exactly right, we can put the pressure on ourselves, we put the pressure on

other women who we are around and overwhelm can show up in so many different places and also in

so many different ways. And we all know it's so important to us that we have it in the beginning
