Summary

In this episode you are guided in a meditation to explore your inner silence. This may be unfamiliar territory for you. You'll also discover the benefits of the herb rhodiola.

This is part 6 of a 7-Part Pure Meditation Series, Episodes 828-834.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.

And this is sometimes a little bit more challenging than you think it might be because you may be thinking that

1:46.5

when you sit down to meditate you should just instantly feel calm But that's not always the case. In fact, that's often not the case. If you're
