Summary

In this episode you are guided in a meditation using a chakra technique. You will be guided as you layer several different techniques including a breathing technique, a mudra and a visualization to experience true inner peace. You may feel as though you should be doing something, or thinking about something. In this episode you experience pure meditation.

This is part 5 of a 7-Part Pure Meditation Series, Episodes 828-834.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
