Summary

In this episode you are guided in a meditation repeating an affirmation to help you focus on your inner silence. You'll discover how your silence is your strength. It can take time to become comfortable with your own silence. You may feel as though you should be doing something, or thinking about something. In this episode you experience pure meditation.

This is part 2 of a 7-Part Pure Meditation Series, Episodes 828-834.

As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
