So this series is going to be really, really good. One that I think you'll get a ton of value out of and I'm excited to bring that to you. Now, just by way of her bio, Lin Ray was diagnosed with depression at age 30 and bipolar disorder at age 35.

She's been living with these illnesses since 1991 and has had numerous hospitalizations.
