Summary
In this episode you are guided in a meditation using a the Bronchial Mudra and the 1-7 breathing technique to tap into your inner stillness. These techniques help support you if you feel lonely or isolated. They strengthen your lungs so you can breathe deeply to give yourself a deep sense of inner stillness.
This is part 3 of a 7-Part Inner Stillness Meditation Series, Episodes 821-827.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
