Summary
In this episode you are guided in a meditation using a mindful awareness breathing technique for inner stillness. This is a technique I challenge you to weave into your days so you become familiar with what stillness feels like in your body.
This is part 3 of a 7-Part Inner Stillness Meditation Series, Episodes 821-827.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
