Summary
In this episode you are guided in a meditation to cultivate inner stillness. It can be difficult to experience a true state of stillness when you meditate. This series will guide you through meditations focusing on creating stillness with your breath.
This is part 1 of a 7-Part Inner Stillness Meditation Series, Episodes 821-827.
As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
