Welcome to a fresh new episode of New Mindset Who Dis. As always, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I saw this quote on Twitter that I thought was really interesting. It said, running is 10% cardio and 90% negotiating with the voice begging you to quit. 2:22.6

because I'm not sprinting or anything like that.

2:24.6

I'm moving.

2:25.5

But then like something shifts mentally specifically.
