If you'd like to share just a little bit about your story and

how you got started on this less doing journey. Sure so I and forgive my voice I have a

little bit of a chess gold. So I guess after college I started working in construction in upstate New York

and I was doing a development there.

And it was a very unhealthy lifestyle

and I was working in my butt off like 16 17 18 hours a day and

I had a lot of stress and at 23 I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease which is a

chronic inflammatory condition that affects the digestive tract.

It's considered to be curable and it's a very painful illness.
