On today’s episode I go into a deep dive into the neurotransmitter dopamine. How it is involved in reward seeking behaviour, and addiction. I explain the difference between chemical and behavioural addictions. I then talk about the role it plays in focus and motivation and talk about natural ways to increase your levels of dopamine or what to do if you are constantly feeling flat or unmotivated.
