I personally do not think macro counting is a fad diet. I have personally been able to not only kind of mend my relationship with food. I really

educated myself about food. I feel empowered around food,

but it's also helped me to maintain my body

for the last going on 11 years.

And I think that macro counting gets a bad rap.
