Hello everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

Thanks so much for tuning in today.

Today we are talking about scarcity and abundance.

Scarcity and abundance and I'll tell you why.

So in my office I have tons and tons and tons of books.

And sometimes when I'm thinking about the podcast or I'm preparing for a coaching call

with my clients, I will just kind of glance over them and pull something down and flip

through my notes.

I'm a underliner and a note taker in books and it's fun for me to just grab a book that

I remember really loving and just go through and see what I underlined and I often do

this too if something feels hard.

So the other day I was having a conversation with Chris about kind of a state planning

and I realized that I needed to update my trust and my will and all of those kinds of things

since Dagnia died because I had updated them shortly before she was born and haven't since

since she died.

So we need to do that.
