| 0:17.9 | fulfilling life. Let's go. |
| 1:11.2 | Thank you. live a purposeful and fulfilling life. Let's go. All right. Welcome to episode 793. Hello, my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of New Mindset Who Discs. As always, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to throw a crazy idea out there. That is, I think you should take your joy more seriously. And this is a little bit personal for me because I always used to, and maybe you can relate, I always used to think, |

| 2:18.9 | interesting for sure, but they're secondary. Certainly, they're not a thing to build your life |
| 2:23.2 | around because they're too light. They're too light. And I've realized that I think we're kind |
| 2:29.8 | of all taught this. Like we're taught repeatedly not to trust the lightness in our life because |
| 2:36.2 | lightness, joy, is delight is not serious. It's like indulgent. Like, it's something that you |
| 2:44.3 | can indulge in after you've done the hard work. So as a result, we push it to the edge of our |
